This Agreement is made by 2241780 Ontario Inc., doing business as Motopark ("Motopark"), and the undersigned camper ("Camper"). It grants the Camper the right to unlimited serviced camping for the 2024 season, which runs from April 1 through October 31, 2024, under the following terms and conditions:
The Camper agrees to abide by all Motopark’s published rules and the additional terms set forth in this Agreement.
The Camper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of the site, according to Motopark’s standards.
Written approval from Motopark is required for any site alterations.
All vehicles and trailers/RVs must be registered with Motopark. Fees for unlimited serviced camping include camping fees for registered vehicles only and do not cover race admission or event fees. Unregistered vehicles will incur nightly fees.
Each campsite is limited to accommodating one (1) trailer/RV and two (2) vehicles. Additional vehicles beyond this limit are subject to a nightly parking fee and must be parked in designated overflow areas, not on the campsite itself.
Serviced sites are for the exclusive use of the registered camper and their registered party only. Campers are not permitted to invite friends or other non-registered individuals to park at or utilize the services of their campsite. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and resources for all registered patrons of Motopark.
Subletting or transferring the campsite to another party is strictly prohibited. The registered camper is not allowed to offer their campsite for use by unregistered individuals or groups, whether in exchange for payment or not. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of this agreement.
Motopark maintains the right to terminate this Agreement if the Camper’s conduct is judged to be harmful to its business interests. Termination can occur without prior notice and at Motopark’s discretion.
Motopark is not liable for any personal injury, theft, loss, or damage, nor for incidental issues such as food spoilage due to power outages. Furthermore, Motopark retains the right to evict any individual for inappropriate conduct.
The Camper must obtain full-value comprehensive insurance for their RV/trailer. Motopark is not responsible for any damage, including but not limited to vandalism, theft, natural occurrences, or acts of God.
This is a temporary recreational lodging Agreement, not a landlord-tenant relationship. The campground is not to be considered a primary residence.
Motopark may refuse renewal or terminate the Agreement at its discretion. If asked to leave, the Camper must do so immediately or be considered in trespass.
Motopark shall not be held responsible for the spoilage of food, damage to refrigerators, or any other perishables or appliances due to power outages. This includes any damage resulting from short-term or long-term outages, regardless of the cause. Campers are advised to take appropriate measures to safeguard their belongings against such events.

The Camper confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement, including the attached campground rules.
